Testing, Testing, here we come!
I was always wondering how to get that ‘umph’ in our analysis. We dig and dig and dig deeper in our data but can’t seem to fill in the blanks. I remember from eMetrics that it’s no longer enough to measure the what. It’s also imperative that we measure the why.
And that’s what we’re doing! Yay! We recently got hold of Test & Target (formerly Offermatica) and got to test it in action. We’re playing around with it, and boy, testing IS powerful. We’ve been doing purely AB testing (no MVT for us yet) to feel the waters, but I’m sure pretty soon we’ll fly.
Just wanted to update everyone. All the team is excited. Finally, some really juicy stuff!
PS. We’re still cleaning up the data. We’re reviewing all our tags and implementation and working closely with our Omniture guys so we could build confidence back to our reports. First things first!
